**TUGAS DAN TANGGUNGJAWAB**
Eksekutif HR menjalankan fungsi asas jabatan HR, mengendalikan bidang seperti pengurusan personil, kebajikan
sosial dan penyelenggaraan rekod HR. Eksekutif HR adalah ahli penting dalam jabatan HR, sering memainkan
peranan penting dalam banyak fungsi HR, atau mengetuai pasukan kakitangan HR untuk pelbagai projek.
1. Menyemak semula resume dan aplikasi.
2. Mengendalikan wawancara pengambilan dan menyediakan input yang diperlukan semasa proses
pengambilan pekerja.
3. Bekerja dengan agensi perekrut untuk mendapatkan calon untuk jawatan pekerjaan tertentu.
4. Mengekalkan rekod HR, seperti yang berkaitan dengan pampasan, insurans kesihatan dan perubatan.
5. Mengendalikan isu berkaitan insurans.
6. Menguruskan isu keselamatan tempat kerja.
7. Latihan pekerja baru atau sedia ada.
8. Menegur dan memberi nasihat kepada kakitangan.
9. Menerangkan dasar HR dan organisasi kepada pekerja.
10. Mengendalikan penyelesaian penuh dan muktamad pekerja.
11. Pentadbiran semua pekerja kontrak.
12. Menjalankan pelbagai aktiviti kebajikan.
13. Program inisiatif komuniti - penganjuran dan penyertaan.
14. Mengemas kini saluran komunikasi secara kerap.
15. Menyedia dan mengemukakan semua surat / dokumen / sijil SDM yang berkaitan seperti KEPERLUAN
KOMPETEN / KELAYAKKAN pekerja dalam perundingan dengan pihak pengurusan.
16. Berhubung dengan semua agensi kerajaan untuk memastikan pematuhan kepada pematuhan.
17. Menyediakan dan memproses gaji, bonus, kenaikan gaji, pelepasan cuti dan penempatan.
18. Merakam dan mengawasi kehadiran untuk memastikan ketepatan waktu pekerja.
19. Menjalankan orientasi pekerja dan memudahkan pekerja baru menyertai formaliti.
20. Mengekalkan dan mengemaskini pangkalan data induk (fail peribadi, pangkalan data peribadi, dll) dari setiap
pekerja.
21. Menyediakan surat seperti tawaran dan pengesahan.
22. Mengendalikan wawancara keluar untuk pekerja dan merekodkannya dengan sewajarnya.
23. Mengkaji huraian kerja untuk semua jawatan pada selang masa yang tetap dan mengemaskininya secara
konsultasi dengan pengurus masing-masing.
24. Melibatkan pekerja secara teratur untuk memahami tahap motivasi orang dalam organisasi.
25. Mengekalkan rekod insurans pekerja dan memastikan pembaharuan yang tepat pada masanya.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
