**Position Overview**:
This role is responsible to support the marketing team by ensuring that various tasks, such as data accuracy, promotion compliance, and reporting, are managed effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating codes and developing new modules in company ERP system to enhance the effectiveness of marketing promotions.
- Support the submission of promotions and advertisements to the Legal & Regulatory Affairs (RA) Team by ensuring all required documents are compiled and submitted accurately.
- Prepare reports analysing the effectiveness of marketing activities, campaigns, and promotions.
- Provide support in managing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and ERP tasks, ensuring seamless integration with marketing efforts and overall business operations.
- Assist in gathering and compiling market research data.
- Assist in maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the department.
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by superior and management from time to time.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- A minimum of a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
- **Work location: Bukit Jalil (nearby Pavilion Bukit Jalil)**
