**Requirements**
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field.
- Required Skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, Microsoft Office
- Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal skills, team player, independent, and able to work within a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledgeable in the Employment Act.
- Knowledgeable in HR policies, procedures, and processes**.**

**Responsibility**
- Support all stages of the recruitment, from arranging interviews, new hire onboarding, and induction, to off-boarding and termination/exits.
- Maintain, and support Admin & HR policies, processes & strategies to support efficiency and sustainability of the company.
- Handling clerical and administrative duties such as monitoring cleaner, office stationery and supplies, office equipment maintenance etc.
- To work closely with management and colleagues to improve work relationships, and build morale, and productivity including training coordination and company events.
- Responsible for the overall filing of administrative documents and maintenance of records.
- Conduct Orientations / Exit Interviews & coordinate for new hires / leavers.
- Organise, coordinate and follow up on employees’ appraisal exercises.
- Prepare monthly HR improvement plans and ad-hoc reports.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
