- Job Description:

- **Duties & Responsibilities**

**1. System Integration & Enhancement**
- Prioritize support for the following systems:

- Front Office
- Back Office
- Web Applications
- Mobile Applications
- Future Product/System Applications
- Ensure daily operational functionality, such as user login, transaction processing, and system availability.
- Conduct periodic system functionality checks, including audits, negative testing, and other relevant assessments.
- Manage system bugs, production errors, and other issues by submitting ITSD log forms and collaborating with users, IT teams, and vendors before officially logging problems in ITSD.
- Obtain necessary approvals for any new enhancements or production-related issues.
- Maintain relevant documentation for tracking and future reference.
- Serve as the liaison between Wealth Management and relevant stakeholders concerning all Wealth Management System Integration and Enhancement matters.

**2. New Business Models / Strategic Business / New Products / New Partnerships**
- Participate as a project member (PWT - Project Working Committee) in new business models, strategic initiatives, new products, partnerships, and bank-wide initiatives impacting the Unit Trust System.
- Act as the point of contact between Wealth Management, IT representatives, and system vendors involved in these initiatives.
- Manage and oversee initiatives through full implementation, ensuring adherence to project timelines and performing periodic reviews as necessary.

**3. System Documentation**
- Prepare essential system documentation, including:

- **User Requirement Specifications (URS)**: Develop a comprehensive URS covering both current and future requirements.
- **IT Approval Budget Paper**: Draft a thorough budget proposal for any system enhancements or new developments.
- Evaluate and ensure the comprehensiveness of documents issued by system vendors, such as:

- **Functional Specification Documentation**:

- **Scope of Work (SOW)**

**4. Migration and Deployment**
- Follow Bank and IT Division processes and procedures during system migration and deployment, including:

- Preparing comprehensive test scripts (positive and negative testing).
- Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Documenting detailed test results.
- Securing necessary sign-offs and filing documentation for future reference.
- Manage the system migration and deployment process, adhering to pre
- and post-migration checklists and requirements.
- Collaborate closely with IT teams and vendors to address any system inconsistencies or instability.

**Job Requirements**
- **Educational Qualifications**:
Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, IT, or related discipline).
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Islamic Banking, Finance, Unit Trust, or Wealth Management, with a focus on operations.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong time management abilities, with the capability to work under pressure.
- Well-organized with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Highly numerate, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
