**Key Responsibilities**
- Build a strong relationship with the customer by **providing a delightful end-to-end experience & effortless way of acquiring new products** & contracting existing subscriptions.
- Acquire new line subscription by **being an advocate of our products & services** through consultative selling.
- Display a collaborative mindset when working with internal & cross-functional teams to easily resolve customers' concerns & demands.
- **Contribute and support the achievement of your individual & team's sales target**, call productivity, and customer engagement score.
- Make every customer interaction meaningful. **Take ownership and execute end-to-end sales & customer handling.**

**Job Requirements**:
**Key Requirements**
- At least Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Commerce or equivalent.
- **Demonstrable minimum 1 year’s experience within relevant job experience.**:

- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with good command of English
- **Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment** and meet critical deadlines.
- Personal values are aligned with the Singtel Core Values.
- **Passionate about sales **and with **strong customer orientation.**
