**Order Processing Specialist**
- Job Role Summary: _
This Penang based position will be primarily responsible for Order Management in support
of revenue, customer delivery and various related activities.
Job Responsibilities:

- Autonomously plan, schedule and execute required task towards meeting established goals

and objectives for customer order fulfillment, material planning and inventory management.
- Ensure order processing is in compliance with established procedures.
- Develop solution to issues arising within scope of work. Consult with and make

recommendations to management team.
- Develop and maintain good customer communication and relationship.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelors Degree with more than 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Must have demonstrated ability and experience in Inventory/Material management or

equivalent.
- Well verse in MS Office tools.
- Good oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Requirements:

- Experience in electronic manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt as business needs change; ability to address customer issues with

diplomacy and emotional intelligence.

**Job Type**: Temporary

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
