**CUSTOMER SERVICE Executive**

**MIN EXPERIENCE 2 - 5 YEARS & ABOVE**

**SALARY RANGE RM3300-RM4950**

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator simple electrical basic or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;.
- Excellent computer skills (ms office).
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A team player with high level of dedication.
- Possess at least a bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset.

**RESPONSIBILITY**

1. To contribute to the achievement of sales target by supporting sales team, coordinating sales activities and maintaining good relationships with all stakeholders. (validity: 14 days)

2. To attend site visit or briefing held by our customers (on time) & morning briefing with management & technician at office

3. To issue quotation within 24 hours (exclude quotation of tender)

5. Maintains customer records by updating receiving information.

6. To maintain customer satisfaction by providing solutions within 1 working days & follow up quotation validity of 14 days include filling

7. To ensure job planning flow is completed before job (quality & brand of materials)

8. To ensure invoice issue when progress project update is completed

9. Participating in industry-related events or associations that will enhance the leadership skills, the organization's reputation, and the organization's potential for success.

10. Responsible to in selling technology solutions to prospects and existing customers by matching customer requirements to proposed solutions, and delivering compelling presentations and demos, contributing to new customer acquisition, customer satisfaction, and overall sales team success.

11. Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers.

12. Discussing development needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.

13. Collaborating with project teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.

14. Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.

15. Researching, developing, and modifying products / services to meet customers' technical requirements and needs.

16. Helping customers who have problems with installed products / services and recommending improved or upgraded materials and machinery.

17. Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.

18. Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.

19. Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.

20. Training other members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company's products and services.
