**Position Title**:Manager/Senior Manager, Resourcing and Talent Acquisition
**Contract Duration**:3 months to 6 months (Maternity Replacement)
**Salary**:Up to RM15,000 basic.
**Working Location**:The Ascent Paradigm, No. 1 Jalan SS7/26A Kelana Jaya, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor
**Working Hours**:8.15 a.m. to 5.15 p.m.
The Manager / Senior Manager, Resourcing & Talent Acquisition will need to develop and implement tactical resourcing and talent acquisition strategies by recruiting the right talent, match with specific jobs within the client company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support in managing operating budgets and costs for the resourcing function according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources
- Plan and implement workforce planning strategies for specific jobs, maintaining documentation on requirements and job responsibilities
- Establish yourself as the expert and build trusted talent acquisition partners relationship with hiring managers and HR Business Partners
- Assist in communicating effectively and creatively on recruitment related activities (internal/external)
- To lead the Employer Branding effort - participate in career fairs/ career talks / engagements and other recruitment activities and projects
- Develop collaboration activities and give external presentations to colleges, universities, and professional associations

**Job Requirements**:
Functional skills and knowledge: *
- Experience working in large scale and complex Global MNCs
- Experience recruiting for vast Commercial roles - FMCG, Healthcare, Performance Materials, Technology and Corporate Functions
**Soft skills**:
- Excellent leadership skills
- Confident in engaging and communicating with stakeholders
- Able to manage challenging timelines and strong follow up
- Matured, self-motivated and excellent organizing skills with strong sense of commitment to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to details, in researching, self-starter, proactive and possess an alert, inquiring mind
- Resilient and able to adapt in a fast-moving environment
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to build relationship quickly with all levels
**Education**:
Degree in Human Resources or Business Management or any related discipline
**Work experience**:
Minimum 8-10 solid years in recruitment handling junior to senior recruitment, ideally in an in-house capacity/in-house recruiters
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: Up to RM15,000.00 per month

- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
