**About the Role**
In this role, you will lead the Human Resources Shared Services Center (SSC) for the Kuala Lumpur branch office, ensuring seamless HR operations and fostering a positive employee experience. You will optimize HR processes, manage recruitment, enhance training programs, and act as a key liaison between the headquarters and the local team. This position requires a proactive and adaptable professional who can navigate cross-cultural challenges and drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Operational Leadership**: Oversee the daily operations of the Kuala Lumpur SSC, optimizing processes such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and file management to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- ** Talent Acquisition**: Utilize local recruitment resources to source and hire suitable talents, managing the end-to-end recruitment process to meet branch office needs.
- ** Training & Development**: Collaborate with headquarters to enhance the training system, organizing and conducting programs such as new employee orientation and job skills training to improve employee capabilities.
- ** Employee Liaison**: Serve as the bridge between headquarters and the local team, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of HR policies and practices.
- ** Employee Relations**: Build and maintain positive employee relations, planning team-building and cultural exchange activities to boost team cohesion and morale.
- ** Policy Communication**: Act as the spokesperson for local HR policies, addressing employee inquiries and providing timely feedback to headquarters.
- ** Reporting & Analysis**: Regularly compile and report HR dynamics of the Kuala Lumpur branch office to headquarters, offering data-driven insights for decision-making.
- ** System Improvement**: Assist in refining local HR systems to ensure compliance and alignment with business development needs.
**Qualifications**:
**Professional Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in human resources.
**Technical Competencies**
- Proficient in operating office software and HR systems.
- Fluent in English (working language); knowledge of Malay is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
