Position Summary
1. Integrate different work processes operated by each business unit to contribute to standard HR operation.
2. Improve operation efficiency by providing and supporting HR services(recruitment, payroll, time & attendance, DM, L&D).
Role and Responsibilities
The Role is responsible in driving operation improvement, which leads to efficient, and effective delivery of HR shared services within South East Asia & Oceania region. This include managing the overall HR Operations process standardization & optimization (include but not limited to Payroll Process) and Service delivery excellence for the countries supported by the HR Shared Service Center (SSC). The key deliverables are captured below:
- Ensure the HR services are compliantly, accurately and efficiently delivered in accordance with agreed Service Level agreement.
- Generate reports on service delivery performance, payroll metrics and other relevant KPIs.
- Identify operational gaps across different teams and drive to ensure closure.
- Analyze data to identify trends, issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Proactively share insights and recommendation with the team leads to identify and implement projects that can help to optimize efficiency and quality of service.
- Positively manage relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuous effort on knowledge management and documentation. Develop and implement programs that help to ensure all SOPs are up to date and the knowledge base is well maintained, reducing the risk of errors of outdated information.
- Serve as HR Service point of contact and manage satisfaction surveys. Work closely with team leads to formulate action plans to address the concerns or issues raised.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT or other relevant disciplines.
- HR Shared Service or BPO experience is preferred.
- Good understanding of HR and payroll operations, with proven track records in managing and achieving project milestones.
- Self-motivated and pro-active in resolving issues and identifying new opportunities for improvement
- Effective interpersonal skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues/ problems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge in Power Query and Power BI is an added advantage.
