**HR Shared Services Specialist**:
**Job Grade**: Junior to Mid-Level
**Location**: Malaysia (Fully Remote)
**Salary Range**: RM 4,000 - RM 5,500

**What You'll Be Doing**:
As an HR Shared Services Specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering HR operational excellence across multiple countries in Southeast Asia. Your main responsibilities include:

- Managing **end-to-end HR operations** including onboarding, offboarding, employee data changes, file maintenance, and contract administration
- Supporting **multi-country payroll and benefits processing**, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements
- Operating **HRIS platforms** (e.g. SAP, SuccessFactors, or Workday) to update employee records and process HR transactions
- Handling inquiries via **ticketing systems** (e.g. ServiceNow), resolving employee concerns across the region efficiently and professionally
- Collaborating with regional HRBPs and finance teams to support a **200+ headcount workforce** across Southeast Asia
- Ensuring **compliance** with data privacy, labor regulations, and internal control policies

**What We're Looking For**:

- 2+ years of experience in **HR shared services**, payroll operations, or HR administration
- Hands-on experience in **multi-country payroll & benefits administration, or at least Malaysian Payroll.**:

- Strong **HRIS proficiency** (Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, or equivalent)
- Experience in **ticketing system support** (e.g. ServiceNow) is a strong advantage
- Excellent command of **Mandarin and English** (both written and spoken)
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage tasks independently in a remote setup
- Strong understanding of **HR compliance and data confidentiality standards**
