Risk & Control Officer (Contact Centre)

Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform periodic control assurance assessments for the department and Bank wide, including adhoc testing.
- Provide risk-based assessment and process review for new/existing control processes and risk advisory for exception handling.
- Investigating into potential breaches, operational risk events, process/system gaps and thereafter to report and monitor and track action plans.
- Effective communication in managing risk review and compliance results with stakeholders and dept leads.
- Promote risk awareness culture in Contact Centre.
- Managing and coordinates the department's Business Continuity Program.
- Digitisation of the Department's processes and its risk and control framework.
- Participating in process, risk and control improvement initiatives and adhoc work tasks when required.
- Keeping abreast of regulatory changes, new regulations and internal policy changes in order to further identify new key risks areas
- Support Frontline due to operational needs.
**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:
- Demonstrated experience (preferably least 2-3 years) as a compliance officer, compliance manager, or similar position and have a good foundation in risk management.
- Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to call out risks and propose solutions.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, maintain flexibility in fast-paced environment, and meet or exceed deadlines.
- Able to interact effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Self-starter, agile, ability to work proactively on your own or as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Powerpoint)
- Flexibility in working hours to meet business objectives.
