Customer Service Executive

**Job Descriptions**
- Responsible to provide product information, answer questions, and resolving emerging problems that customer inquiries via ecommerce chat.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Poses strong communication skill and go extra mile to engage customers
- Meeting ecommerce marketplace KPI on chat response to ensure efficiency and increase conversion rate.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction
**Requirements**:
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an advantage.
- Fresh graduate or 1 year experience in retail field especially selling in IT products (mobile, gadget and networking)
- Minimum age 18 years old from complete month
- Own transport
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
**Location: Connaught Avenue, Cheras 56000 KL.**
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
