**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in overseeing daily store operations and sales activities.
- Supervise and support the sales team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Provide coaching and guidance to sales staff to improve performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management to ensure stock availability.
- Help implement sales strategies, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines.
- Prepare sales reports and track team performance.
- Assist in staff scheduling and ensuring smooth shift operations.
**Requirements**:
- **Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience** (experience in a supervisory role is a plus).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Sales-driven with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based retail environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems is an advantage.
- **SPM/STPM/Diploma in Business, Retail, or related field preferred**.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
