- Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records in flexHRMS
- Review time sheets, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies

- Act as a liaison regarding employee paperwork and other payroll related issues with the Benefits

- Full spectrum of payroll processing from rank-and-file employees to Top Management level, new hirer, and resigned employee, including all allowance, overtime, statutory contributions submissions.
- Payslip printing.
- Prepare monthly and miscellaneous financial and operational reports according to timeline and upon request.
- Prepare related document for insurance or SOCSO claims of employees.
- Handle and resolve queries on payroll matters including provide payroll related information for audit purpose to auditors.
- Provide support, review, and monthly check on payroll of Branch Company in Philippine
- Undertake other tasks as assigned by management and to carry out any other duties and job functions as and when required by the HR Manager

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
- Required language(s): Mandarin(Optional), English, Bahasa Malaysia

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
