**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Account Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for growth.
- **Sales Strategy**: Create and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market share within assigned accounts.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about industry trends and product developments to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients.
- **Sales Forecasting**: Monitor sales performance and provide accurate forecasts and reports to management.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.
- **Client Visits**: Conduct regular visits to retail partners to assess performance, resolve issues, and gather feedback.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts and pricing with key accounts to drive profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.
- **Training and Support**: Provide training and support to retail partners on product features, promotions, and sales techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the electrical home appliance or consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and key account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategy.
- Self-motivated, with a strong drive for results and the ability to work independently.
- Must be fluent in both written and spoken English and Malay Language.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Language is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
