Technical Sales Executive

**Main Assignments**:
- Demonstrate the value of the customer’s investment in LS Retail´s products and services throughout end-to-end customer engagement
- Support the sales team on the technical and integration aspects of LS Retail´s solutions throughout the sales cycle
- Lead formal and informal architecture discussions
- Serve as a pre-sales technical point-of-contact for customers
- Respond to prospect’s technical issues, requests for information, and proposals
- Partner with client business and technical teams to understand business objectives and integration requirements
- Expand current customer base through proactive contact
- Interact with customers both in person (such as on sales visits), on the telephone, and/or during customer visits to site
- Organize customer meetings to site as required, collating necessary information from other departments
**Qualifications**:
- B.S. Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or other relevant degree
- 2 to 5 years experience in IT sales
- Ability to spontaneously and intelligently interact with customers to effectively understand their needs and discuss how they relate to the value of our products in non-technical language
- Strong oral and written English communication skills
- Must have excellent time management and organizational skills
- Able to work on own initiative
- A quick learner who engages in a positive approach to challenges, with an ambition to become an expert in our products
- Ability to travel - must hold valid travel documents
