**Work Requirements**:
- Responsible for handling incoming inquiries by its game players via chat.
- Responsible for Japan market team, resolve customer's inquiries mainly from Japan.
- Customer support is conducted exclusively via chat.
**Work Requirements**:
- Minimum JLPT N2 Level or above.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- Problem-solving skills.
**[Working Hours]**
Monday - Sunday: 10:00 - 19:00 (5 working days a week, work time fixed)
Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
