**Job Description Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Route customer inquiries through appropriate support channels for efficient resolution.
- Manage escalations effectively, tracking and escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Adhere meticulously to established procedures, including call flows, work processes, and complaint management protocols.
- Maintain consistent adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Take ownership of customer satisfaction, exhibiting a strong customer-centric approach.
- Provide professional and competent customer service, maintaining a friendly and polite demeanor.

**Requirement**
- Opens for Japanese Native or local Japanese speaker who has N2 above.
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed.
- Knowledge of commonly used social media platforms such as Facebook.
- Experience in customer service or related field is preferred, but fresh graduated are also applicable

Shunta Takai / EPS Consultants

Pay: RM7,900.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
