  • Take care of food delivery service inquiries & complaint coming from Japanese customers located in Japan via phone calls, email, chat.

Examples of inquiries

  • Customer - Asking when the ordered food will arrive, or requesting a refund for missing items
  • Delivery person - The customer is not at the delivery location, or the delivery address cannot be confirmed on the app
  • Restaurant - Requesting to cancel an order due to items being out of stock

[Requirement]

  • Daily conversation level of English and Japanese proficiency required to communicate with English and Japanese speaking with customers
  • Possesses a basic understanding of Japanese business manners and professional etiquette
  • Demonstrates a strong customer-oriented mindset
  • Able to use professional-level Keigo (polite Japanese) in both spoken and written communication
  • Proficient in IT systems and tools, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, fast typing, and keyboard shortcuts
  • Capable of working in a 24-hour shift environment
