  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Japanese and English.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, account details, and processes.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide Japanese-speaking customers through solutions.
  • Escalate complex problems to relevant internal teams when required.
  • Log, track, and update customer cases in CRM tools.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and closure of all customer tickets.
  • Translate customer messages, documents, and feedback between Japanese and English.
  • Localize product or support content to suit the Japanese market.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering polite, culturally appropriate communication.
  • Build good rapport with Japanese-speaking clients and ensure positive service experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7, RM8,000.00 per month
