**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and co-ordinate purchasing processing and transactions in a timely and efficient manner to achieve your team objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as determined by the Manager.
- Responsible proper information is maintained and updated accordingly in the HIS /FIS - purchasing module, review PO status.
- Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and oversea vendors
- Identify new source of supply, quantify for the benefit of RSH and develop specific recommendation.
- Ensure the Purchase Requisition, Service Requisition, Service Contract, CAPEX and Purchase Order are processed, reviewed and reports produced within set time scales.
- Responsible for the plan and purchase general supplies, medical supplies, equipment supplies and others according to requirement.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in Purchasing / Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- Basic Knowledge of Purchasing Knowledge Skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
