**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Oversees and manage the entire Account Department including staff hiring and reviewing staff performance for confirmation and promotion.
- Reviews and prepares monthly full financial reports (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Bank Reconciliation).
- Reviews and verify Balance Sheet and Income Statement for each property.
- Reviews and ensures accuracy of all general ledger information.
- Reviews and ensures that all owners and suppliers information is up to date and correct.
- Assists in the preparation of quarterly and annual recoverable charges reconciliation.
- Reviews and prepares management reports, including budget, insurance and quit rent information and calculations.
- Reviews and ensures reports/documents are forwarded to auditors and maintains applicable documentation.
- Informs management as to any discrepancies or any other problem areas that may exist that arise from the audit.
- Meets Account Department calendar deadlines.
- Assists with the preparation of annual budget if needed.
- Other related duties may be assigned when required.
- Improves process related to above duties and responsibilities.

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**:

- Property Management industry experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of financial reporting and Act 757 - Strata Management Act 2013.
- Computer literate with accounting software, eg. UBS, SQL & CSS etc
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin will be added advantage.
- Full-time position(s) available.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

- DRIVING LICENSE (preferred)
