**Job Description**:
The Finance Manager/Finance Controller is responsible for overseeing all financial activities within an organization. They play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and stability of the company by managing budgets, financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis. The Finance Manager/Finance Controller typically reports to senior management and works closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.

2. Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, on a regular basis.

3. Analyse financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making and business planning.

4. Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance against targets.

5. Oversee accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

6. Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.

7. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.

8. Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains in financial operations.

9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and accounting standards.

10. Communicate financial information effectively to stakeholders, including senior management, board members, and investors.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CPA) preferred.

2. Proven experience (5+ years) in a finance management or controller role, preferably in a similar industry or organization.

3. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and financial reporting standards.

4. Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.

6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence decision-making.

7. Leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and develop a team.

8. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

9. Integrity and ethics in handling sensitive financial information.

10. Adaptability to change and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
