Manager, Finance

**Financial Planning and Analysis**:

- Prepare and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow projections.
- Conduct financial analysis on property development projects, including cost estimation, financial feasibility, and profitability assessments.
- Provide strategic insights to senior management on financial performance, variances, and trends.

**Project Financing**:

- Oversee the financing of new property development projects, including liaising with banks, investors, and other financial institutions.
- Structure and negotiate financing deals, ensuring the optimal mix of debt and equity.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure adherence to financing agreements.

**Cost Control and Budget Management**:

- Implement and manage cost control measures to ensure projects are completed within budget and financial constraints.
- Track and report on project expenditures and financial milestones.
- Work closely with project managers to optimize resource allocation and minimize financial risks.

**Cash Flow Management**:

- Monitor the company's cash flow, ensuring timely payments and efficient working capital management.
- Manage the release of funds for development projects, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations.
- Oversee the collection of payments from clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

**Accounting and Financial Reporting**:

- Supervise the preparation of financial statements, reports, and accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Review and ensure the accuracy of all financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
- Coordinate and manage the external audit process.

**Risk Management**:

- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks associated with property development projects.
- Implement financial controls and procedures to protect company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Monitor and report on financial market conditions that may impact development projects or company operations.

**Investor and Stakeholder Relations**:

- Provide regular financial reports and updates to investors, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Respond to financial inquiries and provide clarity on financial matters related to development projects.
- Assist in the preparation of investor presentations and reports to support business development efforts.

**Compliance and Regulatory Oversight**:

- Ensure the company adheres to all financial regulations, tax requirements, and legal compliance relevant to the real estate industry.
- Stay updated on changes in local and international financial regulations that may impact the business.
- Liaise with legal and regulatory bodies to ensure the proper reporting of financial activities.

**Team Leadership and Development**:

- Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance and training to junior staff members.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the finance department.
- Evaluate and implement processes and tools to improve team efficiency and financial operations.

Pay: From RM7,000.00 per month
