**Learning Opportunities**

- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
- Project Management

**Responsibilities**
- Monitoring and supporting the project managers and Business Process Consultants of the Product Onboarding team
- Preparing and supporting the execution of the team's weekly committee meetings
- Supporting & Updating the Management Committee deck
- Monitoring and collecting evidence for Quality Management Framework audits for client projects
- Managing, under the responsibility of the Onboarding Manager, certain project deployment activities too
- Working in a team and across departments
- Participating in innovations and changes
- Support on multiple projects
- Interacting with various stakeholders and skill centers

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Requirements**:

- Experience in project management/coordination
- Understanding of ITIL
- Advanced knowledge of Office 365 (PowerPoint, Teams, Excel)
- Basic knowledge of ServiceNow would be a plus
- Proficiency in oral and written communication
- Autonomy and initiative
- Agility and responsiveness
- Organizational skills
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business School or University
