Junior Seller Engagement Executive

**Contract Duration**: 12 Months (3 Months Probation)

**Working Location**: Menara Southpoint

**Working Days**: Monday - Friday (9.30PM - 6.30PM)

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow up with potential sellers provided by the Acquisition Leads team.
- Assist with the registration process, including account setup and contract signing.
- Ensure a smooth handover of new sellers to the relationship management team after their initial period.
- Reach out to sellers regularly to collect feedback and reduce the chance of them leaving.
- Travel as needed to meet with potential sellers.
- Proactively find and follow up on new seller leads, in addition to those assigned.

**Requirement**:

- Open to travel and has its own transportation
- Can speak and write well in both Malay and English
- Good at building and maintaining relationships
- Able to work on your own and meet goals
- Confident in presenting and motivated to hit sales targets
- Friendly, outgoing and good at negotiating
- Knows the basics of Excel, including entering data and using simple spreadsheets
- Holds a diploma or degree (or higher)

**Salary Package**:

- Basic Salary : RM 2,500
- KPI Incentives: Up to RM1,000
- Travel Allowance: Up to RM700 (performance based)
- Outstation Claims: Mileage & Tolls
- EPF & SOCSO

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
