JOB DESCRIPTIONImprove customer service experience, create engagement and generate revenue growth at the branch.Take ownership of customers issues and follow through to resolution. Issues or complaints are follow up and resolve as required SLA.Keep accurate records, documented the customer service actions and discussions.Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyse problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management for further development.Propose and develop for improve service procedures, policies and standards.Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.Monitor and manage branch costing, expenses. Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.Conduct briefing/ training/ meeting to update guideline, findings and policies consistently, to ensure its efficient and effective.Maintain record of all investigative operations, displinarary actions, and results of analysis.Maintain the consistentcies of quality services and follow redONE policy.Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports.Assist in coordinating with relevant parties Internal & HQ relevant Departments.Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
