About the opportunity

Day to day task:

- Analyzing problems, deriving and communicating insights from large, complex sets of data with the assistance by Sr Manager
- Work alongside the Customer Experience team on business projects
- Transform big data sets into visualizations to help the team and business make the right data-informed decisions
- Data Analysis in order to review and analyze data and be able to extract meaningful insights
- Responsible for managing and updating all daily reports including performance reports
- Share best practices and implement continuous improvement actions regularly

What you need to be successful
- Highly proficient in English
- Proficiency in data querying and analytics tools SQL, Tableau, etc.
- Eye for details; proactive and willing to take on challenges.
- Experience and proficiency in Microsoft office tools/programs
- Previous work experience or internships in related fields is a plus
- Good communication skills, systematic thinking, attention to detail
- Responsible and positive work attitude with ability to deal with challenging tasks in a fast-paced environment.
