HR & Admin Executive

Maintain Human Resource records of new hires, validate and manage the data entry of employee attendance, annual leave, MC, unpaid leave, time off, overtime etc
- Assist in interview arrangement, preparing letter offer and onboarding arrangement for new hires.
- To enforce discipline and counsel employees on disciplinary issue
- Preparing communication/correspondence of various HR matters including memo, show cause letter, warning letter and etc
- Responsible for payroll, government bodies (KWSP, PERKESO,LHDN).
- To perform any other task assign by superior or persons assigned by HOD/VP/COO
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
