Participate in the development of marketing strategies and conduct market research on competitor products to understand industry trends.
- Design and execute marketing plans and campaigns for 4U2 products across digital and traditional channels.
- Coordinate with media representatives, influencers and retail partners (e.g., Guardian, TikTok) to maximize exposure.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies and answer customer inquiries about product specifications and usage.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships, track sales data and compile performance reports to ensure targets are met.
- Support brand activations, promotions and events to increase product visibility.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing; knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
- High-level communication, networking and project management skills.
- Passion for sales with an understanding of consumer trends in the beauty industry.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with cosmetics or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) markets is advantageous.
- Independent, proactive, and able to travel when required.
- Must possess own transportation.
