**Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Minimum 5 or 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Prior experience in the logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

**Responsibility**
- Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closings, audit preparation, and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze financial data to support decision-making and improve financial performance.
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) initiatives to align with business goals.
- Manage and develop a team of finance executives/accountants.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and other stakeholders.
- Implement and enhance internal controls, accounting systems, and processes.
- Monitor logistics-related costs and recommend cost optimization strategies.
- Support the management team with strategic insights and performance analysis.
