**Roles and Responsibilities**
- ** Solutions Design**: Collaborate with sales teams to design and propose cybersecurity solutions that meet customer requirements.
- ** Product Demonstrations**: Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions to showcase the capabilities and benefits of cybersecurity solutions.
- ** Technical Consultation**: Serve as a technical advisor to customers, addressing their queries and providing insights into product integration and functionality.
- ** RFP/RFI Support**: Assist in preparing responses to RFPs and RFIs, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with customer needs.
- ** Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business challenges and ensuring satisfaction with proposed solutions.
- ** Training and Education**: Provide training and educational sessions to customers and partners on cybersecurity products and best practices.
- ** Feedback and Improvement**: Collect feedback from customers to inform product development and improve future offerings.
- ** Competitive Analysis**: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to effectively position the company’s solutions.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, product development, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and support business objectives.
- ** Documentation**: Create and maintain technical documentation, including solutions designs, integration guides, and best practice documents.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role, preferably in cybersecurity.
- Possess certifications such as CISSP, CISM or similar.
- Familiarity with industry’s standards and regulations.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa (both written and verbal).
