_**Budgeting and Management Accounting**:_
- Prepare financial related budget including loans, interests, grants, tax, insurance etc.
- **Banking and Treasury Accounting (Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable)**:_
- Monitor liquidity, forecast cash flow requirement and schedule/make payments or collect revenues on timely basis using suitable instruments such as via LC, BA, Assignment of Payment, Factoring, Interco Billing etc.
- Ensure compliance to contract terms, internal policies and procedures, accounting standards and other regulatory or statutory requirements.
- Resolve disputed invoice or problem payment.
- **General Ledger Accounting**:_
- Recognise income and charge expenses to the correct accounts, cost centres, projects etc. in the manner which is accurate, legitimate, properly documented, supported and coded.
- Recognise Fixed Assets and stocks accordingly in the financial statements including providing for depreciation and stock valuation.
- Reconcile all ledgers including debtors, creditors, banks, sales, purchases etc.
- Conduct month end and year end closing exercise.
- Produce monthly and annual financial reports.
- Coordinate and execute annual financial audit exercise.
- **Tax Accounting Administration**:_
- Compute provision for tax forecast and returns for relevant taxes inclusive of corporate income tax, withholding tax etc.
- Attend to LHDN’s queries or audit and resolve disputes if any.
- **GST/SST Accounting and Administration**:_
- Ensure identification of correct GST/SST codes and amount.
- Ensure compliance to GST/SST Report submission and payment (or claim) deadlines.
- Attend to Custom’s queries or audit and resolve disputes if any.
- **Company Secretarial Matters**:_
- Coordinate annual submissions etc. as required by the company’s act.
- Coordinate the needs for company secretarial services as and when needed.
- **Other Accounting Services**:_
- Evaluate customer credit standing.
- Source and arrange for best options for insurance. Compute insurance premium.
- Submit financial forecasts and monthly performance report to requiring agencies or financiers (SME, PUNB, MBB, CGC etc.).
- Handle external financial assessment for NAFMA, SCORE and other special purpose.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kota Damansara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 5 years (preferred)
