The Client Success Executive will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, onboarding, retention, and growth. This role will involve close interaction with our clients, involving a mix of customer support, project management, and mentor coordination. We need someone who is meticulous and does work fast and is well disciplined to complete the tasks on hand. We need someone who can suggest ideas to systemize the work/tasks. We do not want to micro manage this person. We are the kind of leaders whereby I tell you what I want to be done and the deadline for the tasks and it’s up to the person to plan his or her time. So we are proposing that you as a Client Success Executive to work on the following time schedule: Monday to Friday (excluding Wednesday): 10am to 6pm Wednesday: 2pm to 10pm Saturday and Sunday: OFF Days We recognize all _SG Public Holidays_ A HIGHER PURPOSE The work we do here at Next Level Academy is much bigger and beyond us. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES At the beginning your role would be to: - **Event Management**: Organize and announce weekly events for our client base, ensuring timely and accurate communication of all necessary details. Coordinate with relevant internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of these events. - **Mentor Support**: Act as a primary point of support for our Head of Mentors, assisting with their tasks and roles, and facilitating communication between mentors and our clients. Participate in recruitment and training of new mentors when required. - **Conference Program Management**: Act as the Program Director for our conferences, overseeing all aspects from planning to execution. This includes logistics, coordination with speakers and participants, ensuring technical requirements are met, and monitoring the overall success of the event. - **Client Onboarding**:Welcome and onboard new students to our platform. This involves setting expectations, walking them through our services, answering their questions, and ensuring they have all the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed. - Regularly communicate and collaborate with the team members in Next Level Academy (For now, will be Julian, Wendy, Lionel and Alvan) BASIC REQUIREMENT - Able to communicate and write in English. Must be very good with the language. Ability to communicate in simplified Mandarin is a plus - Must have a good computer with a web camera and has very good internet speed connection as will need to connect / communicate through Zoom meetups very often. - Must have familiarity and experience with using Google Docs, Google Sheets, Zendesk and Gmail - Comfortable with technology, able to troubleshoot minor technical issues, and guide clients through digital platforms. - Has the ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously - Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. - Analytical and meticulous (Solid attention to detail) - Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Independent (Someone who has initiative & discipline to do the work and not chased for work to be done) - Trustworthy (we need someone discreet and reliable) - Excellent communication skills - Excellent customer service skills - Experience in coordinating and running large-scale events or conferences is a plus. - And lastly, has a strong desire to improve and grow with the team TAKE THIS SIMPLE TEST BEFORE YOU APPLY Before you apply, take this simple 5 step test to find if this role is suitable for you or not.
