**Responsibilities**:

- Toidentify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates to work with our brand on content creation on Marketplaces, specifically on the TikTok Channel.
- To build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, ensuring they are motivated and well-informed about our products and promotions.
- To track and analyse affiliate performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of partnerships and implement improvements.
- To maintain a list of affiliates, arrangement of samples, content posting schedules, and content performance metrics.
- To capture competitor activities related to video content & affiliate marketing and also understand ongoing trending videos/gimmicks. Utilize TikTok’s readily available AI Suite to perform such a market study.
- To prepare regular reports on affiliate performance, including sales, traffic, and engagement metrics, and present findings to the management team.

**Job Requirements**
- Preferably with proven experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships.
- Proficient in using affiliate marketing platforms and tools, particularly in TikTok Affiliate Channel
- Microsoft Excel is proficient with know-how in (but not limited to) data entry, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
