- Application/Customer Support
- (Software Analyst)- Assist the client in implementing and training during initial set up and cutover activities of the system account.
- Engage in presales, interactive product demo, product training to maintain high product knowledge.
- Act as the main liaison and work cross functionally between vendors, customers and developer team.
- Assist in sourcing of new suppliers based on customers’ requests.
- Attend customers' requests and needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Perform office administrative duties when needed.

**Requirements**:
- IT background, ideally with experience in support.
- Recent graduates are welcomed.
