**Position Summary**

**Sales Support Executive** is directly reporting to National Sales Manager and responsible to support the team to ensure a strong cascade of plans, clear processes and strategic directions and reporting on execution, other market or competitor activities. Deliver robust analysis based on all available data sources and ensure sharing with key stakeholders. Provide support as directed in other key activities such as ordering improvement, administrative processes and process development.

Working Location: Vinda SEA HQ (Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang, next to Setia Alam)

**You will play an important role to**:
**1)Compilation, Analysis & Distribution of Information**
- Support in compilation and cascading of annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans and strategies to sales team.
- Collate and maintain accurate information on all negotiated and implemented instore space and execution materials.
- Collate, analyze and distribute to internal stakeholders on market development / customer needs and competitor activities.
- Collate and analyze reports on the execution of sales plans including tracking of defined KPI's by utilizing all internal and external data sources.

**2)Monitoring & Reporting Sales Activities**
- Monitor and report agreed activities, sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem / opportunities areas and adapt procedures.
- Support in monitoring sales rebate spends and accruals for account/s assigned.

**3)Key Customer Initiatives**
- Support the Listing of new products / services to customers through development of presentation materials, samples, point-of-sales and others.

**To be successful in this role, you will need to have**:

- Diploma in Business studies or any other related field. The equivalent of this in working experience is also acceptable for this position
- At least 2 years of working experience in supporting role for Sales or Marketing function
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, sorting, and compilation
- Good thinking structure and organization skills
- Good communication skill in both oral & written (English)
- Good knowledge of the relevant sales channel, ways of working and how to impact

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
