**Here are the responsibilities**:

- **Prior experience** in managing and resolving clients’ issues and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Provide timely reminders and confirmations to participants regarding scheduled appointments or events.
- Maintain client records and databases, updating information accurately and confidentially.
- Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.

**Desired skills & requirements**:

- **Important**:

- At least **1-3 years of experience **in Customer Services/ Administration/ or any related industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
