About the Role The credit manager position is accountable for assigned channel portfolio management on the entire channel’s credit management process, including the finance operational processing, and periodic credit reviews of existing customers, with the goal of optimizing collection efficiency. Day to day operational scope is to supervise and ensure timely cashiering and matching within turnaround time by Cashiering team. Accuracy of matching with clean & updated SOA and Aging. Able to perform debtors’ reconciliation and enquiries handling from clients. Operational improvement and ad-hoc projects. - Managing Account Receivable aging within target given to >90 days outstanding - Ensure effective collection process execution - reminders, policy suspension, final reminder letter and legal proceeding - Monitor the unmatched payment and ensure all unmatched payment are attended and clear in AR to reflect the updated SOA and aging - Daily tracking and monitor on outstanding item and review. And to perform debtors’ reconciliation. - Identify clients’ risk and provide input into planning and action plan - Report on credit control operational management key performance indicators for assigned channel in charge. - SOP Review as and when require for operational improvement - Handle other ad-hoc requirements and issues for the unit, including IT related issues, system testing, data request and setup & maintain tools used in the unit. - Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives._
