Job Title: Junior Sustainability Executive for Project

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Sustainability Executive for Project. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and implementing sustainability initiatives across various projects within our organization. You will work closely with project teams to integrate sustainable practices, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with sustainability goals and standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our sustainability efforts and drive positive change through project management.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with project teams to integrate sustainability considerations into project planning, design, and implementation.

2. Conduct research and analysis to identify sustainable practices, technologies, and solutions applicable to project objectives.

3. Assist in the development and implementation of sustainability strategies, goals, and targets for each project.

4. Monitor and track project performance against sustainability metrics and key performance indicators.

5. Support the preparation of sustainability reports, progress updates, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

6. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure sustainability requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.

7. Identify and engage with external partners, suppliers, and contractors to promote sustainable practices and enhance project outcomes.

8. Assist in the development and implementation of sustainability training programs for project teams to enhance awareness and knowledge.

9. Stay updated on industry best practices, regulations, and standards related to sustainability in project management.

10. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance sustainability performance and efficiency.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science, project management, or a related field.

2. Passion for sustainability and a strong understanding of environmental and social issues.

3. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify sustainable solutions and evaluate project performance.

5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.

6. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

7. Knowledge of sustainability frameworks, standards, and certifications is a plus.

8. Familiarity with sustainable project management practices and tools.

9. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

10. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
