Why does this job exist and why is it critical?- Reports to Head of Fiber Office and coordinate with commercial and technical teams to accelerate Fiber Deployment
- Diagnose key root causes of critical Fiber bottlenecks and develop mitigation solutions
- Analyze list of escalations from working teams, establish clear understanding of issues, and develop potential resolutions
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize key issues to be escalated
- Oversee development of working team and closely monitor performance against KPIs
- Support the identification and implementation of improvements of project processes for GTM
- Project Manage key initiative to drive improvement across the own fibre business
- Support in executive and Board reporting preparation
