Role Description
- Develop and grow channel partners to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Drive revenue growth by increasing product sales and earnings
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns in collaboration with vendors and internal team
- Provide basic support to customers, including pre-sales and post-sales
- Conduct market research to stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in IT solutions sales, channels, and growing partner accounts
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Certifications or training in sales or vendor-specific programs (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, Fortinet, etc.) is a plus
