Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Kuala Lumpur. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, managing key accounts, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company. The role includes lead generation, strategic networking, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business goals.

  • Identify & Develop New Business Opportunities. Visit Corporate Companies and also healthcare providers to provide our services and expand market reach.
  • Present and promote our products and services to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
  • Achieve sales target and contribute to overall company growth.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Resolve client feedback and complaints regarding sales and service/product.
  • Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of products, services, treatment / procedures.
  • Study the Market price and demands, determine price schedules and discount rates.
  • Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
  • Direct, coordinate and reviews activities in sales and service accounting and recordkeeping.
  • Confer or consult with respective heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on treatment / procedures / equipment and client specifications.
  • Plan and direct staffing, training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and services program.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology / Biomedical sciences / Business Marketing / Mass Communication / or equivalent.
  • Proven Track record in sales, preferably within the healthcare or biotech industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work independently.
  • High Willingness to travel as per company requirement.
  • Preferably with more than 2 years working experience.
  • Able to work independently as well as possess good teamwork.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
