As a leader in aesthetic and wellness as well as men's health treatments, we are seeking a compassionate and organized **Customer Service Enquiry Executive** to be the first point of contact for our clients.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming enquiries from patients in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information about our treatments, services, pricing, and availability
- Schedule appointments or refer to clinical staff as needed
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries and follow-ups
- Use CRM or clinic management software to track communication
- Work closely with front desk, clinicians, and management to ensure seamless patient service
- Assist in improving enquiry handling processes and templates

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare, wellness, or clinic setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and professional at all times
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently
- Friendly, positive, and patient-focused attitude

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
