**Job Descriptions**
- Arrange vendors/suppliers for daily maintenance breakdown cases and update through phone/WhatsApp
- Plan, manage, supervise, co-ordinate, monitor and recommend the planned preventive maintenance and ad-hoc day-to-day maintenance
- To assist in recording all documents or reports, and further ensure all documents are well organized, filled and kept safe.
- Use procurement system to issue Purchase Order (PO) to vendors and process invoices
- Prepare monthly maintenance report and presentation
- To perform ad-hoc tasks as per assigned
**Role Requirements**
- At least possess a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Able to operate computer and other standard office equipment
- Proficient in Microsoft tools.
- Able to work in office located at Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
