**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities
- Identify trends and customer needs, talent, content themes, locations, trends, and popular gaming events and build short/medium/long-term sales pipelines.
- Draft/ negotiate business contracts, coordinating with team members, talent representation and brands.
- Facilitate and coordinate various detail-oriented needs, establishing long-term and trusted relationships with clients, and agencies.
- Have a strong and applicable interest in pop culture and knowledge of the esports/gaming landscape across all categories.
- Ongoing review of talent process and practices with an eye toward enhancing profitability and improving effectiveness
- Ensure that the team is hitting monthly goals and be proactive when goals are in jeopardy by strategizing and implementing solutions.
- Take the lead role in developing proposals and presentations for new businesses to create and nurture opportunities and partnerships.
- Ensure the team meets monthly goals, proactively strategizing and implementing solutions when goals are in jeopardy.
- Manage proposal response process, including detailed quotation, content creation, and inputs from various sources
- Generate new leads, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics

**Qualifications**:

- Passion in Gaming & Esports
- Proficient in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malay
- 1-2 years of working experience in sales for any marketing agency
- Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a wide range of personality types.
- Commercially astute and able to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
- Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills with keen attention to detail.

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
