We are looking for motivated **Junior Customer Service Representatives** to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals eager to build their career with a world-leading company.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues.
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and customer-first attitude during interactions.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when needed.
- Record and update customer information accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve performance targets and meet service level agreements (SLAs).

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **Bahasa Malaysia** (spoken & written).
- Basic English communication skills.
- Minimum **SPM / Diploma / Degree** in any field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work on a **rotational schedule (regular & night shifts)**.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is an added advantage.
