Junior Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a Junior Customer Service Executive to join our team. This position is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates who are eager to start their career in customer service. Training will be provided.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone calls, emails or other communication channels
- Provide accurate information on products, services, payments, and account details
- Assist in resolving customer issues and escalate cases to supervisors when required
- Update and maintain customer records accurately in the system
- Follow company SOPs, service guidelines, and compliance requirements
- Support the team in daily customer service operations
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry)
- Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn
