**Assistant Operation Manager**

**Job Role**:

- Manage, control, and monitor the operational activities.
- Achieve sales target and increase productivity.
- Ensure store compliance, procedure, and policies.
- To ensure that all staff perform their role and responsibilities efficiently and effectively in achieving sales target and good customer service.
- Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to meet the company's objectives.
- Staff Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs for new staff members.
- Staff Management: Supervise and provide guidance to the staff in project planning and execution.
- Workshop Management: Oversee the operations of the workshop, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and enhanced operational efficiency.
- Perform any other relevant and related responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time as required by Head of Operation and Management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert complex data into meaningful insights.
- Data driven, analytical and detailed oriented.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical departments.
- Possess own transport and willing to work in office-based in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.

**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per month
